WorkShop member Alexandra Devin's Why? Theatre Project was created to provide theatre that explores the human condition and experience by examining history through current hindsight. By holding a mirror up to history, we raise the question "Why?": why is this work relevant, why was it written, why do classics still compel us today, and why do we feel the need to shed new light on old issues? Why? Theatre Project chooses to examine our past through both classics and new works, seeking new voices while learning from old ones.
